I am sad to say that my ionic seems to be more of a hassle than anything else. When I first got it, I was excited to use it. I even purchased pandora to listen to music on my watch. Unfortunately, throughout the year I have ignored some of the glitches it has presented. For instance: the clock face would disappear, my music wouldn't play, difficulty with wifi setup. But now my watch isn't working at all and it is very frustrating as it has taken much of my time away just trying to figure out how to get the update to download.

Try the restart a few times - shutdown - change clockface - and possibly reset to factory options if feeling lucky. Sometimes those guesses miraculously gets the device to work. But would contact Tech Support as well since many get their devices replaced when it is defective.

Yeah, I would contact support ASAP - the sooner you do, the more likely it is you'll be able to get a replacement (some have reported getting replacements even outside of the 12 month warranty).
Of course, you'll likely get an equally frustrating piece of hardware that will die after a few more months, but one might as well squeeze as much blood from the stone as possible..
The support Live Chat is quick and painless, and they'll lay out your options. Good luck!
