Ionic Dead

My Ionic died.   Just died...No charger works (I have two), all points of connection are clean.   I noticed many others with the issue.  Has there been a fix yet?   Besides getting an Apple or Garmin?

Installed update and watch stopped working- they offered me 20% off of a new watch. No thank you. Check out the new moto 360 or Garmin

My Ionic bricked after 2 years.  The issue is that it is stuck in a bootloop.  This is a well-documented issue on this forum.

The watch was lightly used - only used for running seasons from May-October.

My interactions with customer service have been wholly disappointing.  In conversation they confirmed to me that the Fitbit is defective.  Fitbit is aware that it is selling a product with a defect, and is not willing to compensate the user.

Apple or Garmin seem to be the way to go.  Fitbit offered me 25% off coupon....Who would buy another $300 disposable watch?   A known issue and they wont fix it or take care of their customer.   My entire family is going to Apple.   Fitbit = Terrible
