My data for the last two nights doesn't seem to be recording the rem, light or deep cycle. It seems to have reverted to recording only awake restless and asleep? Any idea why?

I think it has something to do with not having a snug connection on your wrist. I had this problem with the Charge 2 HR a few times when I put it back on too loosely and it couldn't accurately get the readings it needed.

@Bobthebutler Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you experienced with Ionic and sleep stages.
Have you tried doing @aspexil suggestion already? Did you got sleep stages once again?
Also, there are some other factors that may prevent your watch from tracking sleep stages. Please check them out here.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

Hey - yeah I tried having it as tight as possible, but that didn't make a difference. I did a full charge yesterday and restarted my phone and device and it worked last night with it being a bit loose

@Bobthebutler Thanks for your reply and for sharing those details. Also, thanks for sharing the workaround you performed that helped you out with this. I'm sure this will be helpful for other users too.
I'm glad to read it tracked the sleep stages correctly. Did it kept tracking them these last days?
Keep me posted!
