Ionic Died, Called tech support

I am extremely disappointed with Fitbit.  I've been a customer with them since 2012. My Ionic died and it only has a one year warranty.  25% discount on buying a new one.  I think its time to look at other options......Daniel C

Warranty has always been very clear

 

Please make sure to read the warranty on what ever you buy. They all have them

Loyal Customer since 2012. The only reason I upgraded each time was because the Fitbit failed. I don’t look at a $250 item as a consumable product.....I see that others are having the same problem with the ionic.
