I am extremely disappointed with Fitbit. I've been a customer with them since 2012. My Ionic died and it only has a one year warranty. 25% discount on buying a new one. I think its time to look at other options......Daniel C

Warranty has always been very clear
Please make sure to read the warranty on what ever you buy. They all have them
