My Fitbit ionic won’t turn on and shows condensation in the sensors in the back. I thought this watch is waterproof. I didn’t take it swimming so may have happened while washing my hands? Is it broken or can I fix it? Thanks for your help!
Same but I just had mine on a shelf in the shower just getting steamed on. Going to try the old bag of rice trick. Already bought a new charger thinking it was the issue. What a bummer.
