so I seemed to have a similar issue to those on countless other threads. Ionic suddenly says “unlock with phone”. However, no matter what I tried it would not get solved. Finally found a link online for a factory reset - press all 3 buttons at once and when device vibrates let go of 1 then wait another 15 secs. Supposedly it should flick back to life and show Fitbit logo... nope not for me. The lock error does not show anymore, but now screen is just lifeless no matter what I press - even when fully charged.
Of couse it it is just over a year old, so doubt I even bother contacting support, as hear they no use or help.
any tips greatly appreciated on how I may make it come back to life. Otherwise off to buy a Garmin!
