Contact Help Tech Support and see if they can tell you. Normally they do not repair devices. They instead replace them.

@anshumanbiswal It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for posting the situation you are currently experiencing with your Ionic not turning on. Thanks for restarting it and for cleaning the contacts in order to sort this out.
If you haven't done so already, please try changing the clock face on your watch. This has helped other users in the past who have experienced similar issues.
There is a contact center for India. Check the details here. However, you can always let me know if the steps above didn't work and I can go ahead and contact them in your behalf.
@Whistler888 Thanks for helping on this thread.
Keep me posted!

Mine has done same thing. Seen Fitbit symbol this morning and now nothing. Can’t get it to turn on. Placing on charge for a while to see if come back. It had 60% yesterday. Just out of warranty by 1month.

@Borris01 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for posting that you are also experiencing this situation. Thanks for sharing those details and for trying to charge it for a while to see if it will come back.
By any chance, have you tried performing a restart on your watch? This has helped other users in the past.
You could also try these tips to fix batteries that are not charging and also try changing the clock face. This has helped other users in the past.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
