Ionic Display Acting Wacky

Has anyone had the experience of having their Ionic all of a sudden display a squished double vision of the clock face (one squished clock above the other)?  Also, other screens display the same squishy double display, and cannot be scrolled, and therefore I cannot get to the factory reset option.

You can do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Restarting doesn’t work. Still comes back with the same display problems.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset which returns your tracker to how it was when removed from the box and you start all over again.  If that doesn't work or you are unable to do it as you mentioned earlier, contact Customer Support.

I can’t swipe or scroll down beyond the double image on the display. That’s the problem.
