My Ionic has stopped displaying anything. I will get a backlighted screen, but nothing, absolutely nothing, shows up. This has been going on for over a month, at first I could do the reset and get the display back, now, I try to rest (Left and Lower Right Button together) as well as hard reset (all three buttons together) and just get a buzz from the Ionic. I thought it may have been an issue because the firmware update didn't take, but then it did, and the unit took the firmware update, but it is still doing the same thing. Is there anything I can do, or do I need to return it for a replacement one?\

I was contacted by Sebastian from the support team, provided him with all the information requested, checked with my daughter (who got me the Ionic as a Christmas gift for Christmas 2018), sent that information to Sebastian, but I haven't heard anything since. Can you check on this for me? I'm concerned, as, although the Ionic seems to register with my iPhone, there isn't a display so that I can tell if it's actually working. Thanks,
