Ionic Do Not Disturb option at night?

While sleeping, my Fitbit Ionic screen flashes whenever I move my arm, often waking me or my partner up. Is there a way to set a Do Not Disturb feature up for certain hours so it won’t so that?

Hello @AndreaDandrea and welcome to the Help forums.  Your Ionic has all of the above.

You want to use the Sleep Mode or set a Sleep Schedule.  When you are in DND, your Ionic still wakes with a wrist move and it is bright.  If you want to put it to sleep manually, swipe down on the screen and tap on the Control Center, then the moon.  I have a sleep schedule.  It's great.  You push the back button on your Ionic to wake it -- the screen is set to dim when you do this,
