Ionic Exercise App not showing shortcuts

I cannot get the Fitbit exercise app on my ionic to work. I’ve updated the software, reset the watch, removed and resynced it with my phone, and all this has done is led me to an exercise screen with no shortcuts. If there is any help available, please provide!
