Ionic Explosion

Hi All,

Please be careful, my ionic has just had a small explosion and caused me burns on my wrist. I was lucky I was in the office when it happened so I was able to take it off my wrist before it got worse. I usually sleep with it on, and in that case the burn would have been definitely much worse. it melted the plastic underneath the device.

The same thing happened to me Friday! I was able to contact Support & they have offered to reimburse the cost of the Ionic. If you haven't done the same, you should. I've found another article where a guy had the same incident a couple of months ago & his was a 3rd degree burn.
