Ionic Firmware Update from 27.32.10.20

My ionic has firmware 27.32.10.20. When I call Fitbit support, they tell me this is the latest possible firmware version for my ionic, but what I've read online seems to indicate that this is not the case. Did I just get a really dumb person on the line, or is the support guy right, and I'm supposed to still be running a firmware version from June of 2018?

I've confirmed the phone support person was an idiot, and should probably be fired for giving such fail advice. I factory reset my watch and relinked it and low and behold, it updated to 27.20.714.
