Ionic GPS inaccuracy

My Ionic has always been about 0.2 of a mile under what other GPS users have ‘read’ but have just been for a 7.5 mile run and it only recorded 5.9 miles. There were no apparent gaps in the route when it uploaded to Strava, and I ran with three other people who were using Garmins or Suuntos who all recorded 7.5.

 

Is there anything I can do or is it just faulty?

I have this same issue. I often run with 2 watches and the fitbit ionic is .2 to .6 off. The suunto and the garmin are track the same milage via GPS. Not a big deal on short runs but get worse the longer the distance .
