Could someone please help I have had my ionic for three days now and went running the last two days with my wife who has an Apple Watch and an iPhone after run her Apple Watch said 7.2ks her iPhone said 7.1ks both very close my ionic said 5.2ks both days and when I pulled up the tracking map on Fitbit app the first part of both runs is missing I pressed start on run at start of run but not getting whole run am I doing something wrong or is my new watch faulty

make sure before you run it actually goes from "Connecting" to "Connected"
