The gps isn't working at all

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the GPS of your Ionic isn't working as the way it was designed, I recommend you to try our restart process and then check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

I've done the restart and am familiar with how to use the gps because it has been working the past 8 months and now it just searches and times out.
