I bought my ionic today and i cant get the HR to work or be accurate. I have tried it at 1, 2 or 3 finger width above the wrist on both my left and right hand. It isnt super tight but snug. It either shows my heart rate at like 80 or 90 (when my resting hr is 50), or just 2 dashes. Anyone have this problem?

It's great to have you here @walimmalik! The heart rate that your Ionic will show it's different from the resting heart rate you will see later in your Dashboard.
Resting heart rate refers to the heart rate measured when you’re awake, calm, comfortable, and have not recently exerted yourself. We use your heart rate data from when you’re awake and asleep to estimate your resting heart rate. For best accuracy, wear your device to sleep.
Instead the heart rate data, that you will see in your tracker will take into consideration the stats that you're doing such as walks, runs or any other exercise. That's why sometimes, you'll see that it gives a higher number because you're not just calm, you're doing any exercise. You can learn more about it by checking What should I know about my heart rate data?
Hope this helps!
