After updating my Ionic with latest firmware release, it stopped displaying my heart rate.  I've restarted several times and it doesn't seem to help.

Try  a factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

After resetting to factory default settings and restarting it several times, my Ionic is still not displaying my heart rate.
