Inaccurate sleep tracking since the recent update.

I have found that since the recent software update, my ionic has been tracking my sleep wrong. I have had a fair few instances where it has started to track my sleep (upto) 4 hours before I actually went to sleep, and I wasnt exactly deadly still. Or it has read sleep even after I have woken up and started moving. Last night for instance, started tracking my sleep at 11:30pm but i was still up (although sitting), talking and moving. Any tips or has anyone else found this happen to them?

@LeighMSmith It's great to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I haven't heard any reports of sleep tracking issues after the firmware update. Fitbit estimates your sleep stages using a combination of your movement and heart-rate patterns. When you haven’t moved for about an hour, your tracker or watch assumes that you’re asleep. Additional data such as the length of time your movements are indicative of sleep behavior (such as rolling over, etc.) help confirm that you’re asleep.

I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if it tracks your sleep normally.

Keep me posted! I'll be around if you need further assistance.

It seemed to read a bit more accurately after a couple days after the reset. I've also had issues with reading heart rate too... maybe something with the sensors.
