Customer service is a joke. They have no fix and can’t tell you when they will have one. My Ionic is reporting a HR of 143 bpm while sitting and my resting shot II from 78 to 110! Spent a lot of money of this junk and they are no help. do not waste your money on this product. I made the switch back from the Apple Watch because of their customer service in the past. Based on what I have experienced thus far, they are a bunch of sell outs. Don’t waste your money.
