Ionic Is Dead

Woke up and my Ionic is completely dead.  Tried all the recommended restarts playing with the charging cable and nothing.  I'm afraid it's just dead.

I have been the biggest Ionic fan, a living sales rack to whomever will listen.  I still LOVE the device, time to see how well customer service works.

@Jim918 I just had the exact same issue. Similar to @Carmenn post. I too, got a normal notification that my battery was low, noticed it was completely dead. No response from charging and I have tried everything. Similar to a Fitbit fan. I have worn Fitbits exclusively for years and love the Ionic for it waterproofness. Not a happy Fitbit camper right now!

Feeling the same as you, do disappointed and won’t get another one. Time to try something new, if company is not willing to help with resolving issue.

Same thing! My ionic was working just fine last night, I woke up this morning and it's dead, won't take a charge
