Ionic - Issues after Firmware Update

I see that the moderators have locked down the thread I joined yesterday about Ionic issues after firmware update. They no longer are allowing any other replies.

Hello @Docmphd, good to see you here in the Community again. 

 

Please note that Fitbit is not silencing the customers regarding this situation. The last moderator informed that these inquiries will be reviewed by support. Support will give customers a proper resolution. There is no room for discussion about this. 

 

I was informed that you have a case with support already. I suggest you continue contacting them, so that they can provide you with a resolution.
