Iconic is now basically just a watch

I am having several issues with my Iconic and the app...

I am not receiving any notifications on the Iconic (which seems to an update issue that is being “worked on”).

The app will not allow me to search for an exercise. I will type in an exercise but nothing pops up. It doesn’t matter what I am trying to track (walking, pilates, TRX...).
Also, on the app, the notifications in the upper right hand corner is always lit up - like there is a new notification. But my last notification was on June 9, 2019.

Agreed. It seems over the past couple weeks tracking and sync have stopped working. I'm not sure if the problem is the watch or the app. It misses workouts. It has not tracked my sleep in the past 2 days. Wifi is rarely synced...I'm considering giving it away and going back to WearOS, which is unfortunate because I genuinely enjoy this watch.

I have the same problem.

I owned 2 Ionics.

They both broke.

Same problem both times...defective touch screen.

Fitbit Support doesn't seem to care.

Buy a Garmin or Apple Watch.

That's what I am going to do.
