Is there a UK phone number to contact customer support.

 

My Ionic has randomly switched off a few times and the battery has not been lasting as long a before.

I have done an update and a factory reset to no availe. This morning when I went to work it had 73% charge but died just after lunch. I have had it on charge for a few hours and all it has done is get hot but not charge still showing 0%.

This may help with the battery issue: do you have notifications enabled?  If this is the case, you may want to turn them off, or at least turn them off when you don't need them.  Notifications can wear down your battery.

 

In regards to the Fitbit UK customer support, I just went to the Support Site and switched my country to the UK (I'm from the US).  I didn't see a support number there, but that doesn't mean that there isn't one.  Sometimes I've gone to the site with the country set to the US and didn't find a support number there.  However, all the other channels that you can use to contact Support can be found on that site.
