Ionic Turning Off

I received my Ionic Fitbit for Christmas 2017, and twice it has just quite on me while using it and with more than 50% battery life.

I contacted Fitbit Tech Support and they told me what I needed to do to get it working again and even then I was worried about the watch but was told it happens not to worry its okay.

Today I go out for my 12-mile bike ride and when I get to my 6-mile location and pause the watch which showed that I have completed 6-miles. After sitting back and enjoy the ocean view,  I decided to heading back home. When I went to un-pause the watch it would not turn on.

I just charged the watch a day ago,

So, when I get back home went to place it on the charge and it would not charge at all. I left it on the charger for 1 hour and still nothing, so I contacted tech support once again and once again.

This time it must be something I did,  it’s my fault that the watch is not working correctly, must be something you did wrong, or I must have over used it. May be the GPS caused the battery to drian I am told, it sucked up all the battery life, and that is the cause of the issue.   If that is the case, the watch is not what I thought it was going to be.

Wow, what a way to make a costumer feel good about a product that they purchase and I thought it was a good watch at last.

I guess not.

Did you ask for a replacement under warranty?

PS: I would not post my phone number in a public forum.
