I received my new Fitbit Ionic for Christmas along with JBL Bluetooth headphones. I was able to connect the at that time and now that spring is nearing and I can get some use out of the they will not connect and the Ionic says there is not device available. I have tried restarting the fitbit , making sure the headphones are charged and in range but nothing..... Help, this is one of the reasons I wanted the Ionic is so I can be wireless for my outdoors activities!

Perhaps you can try restarting (if possible) the headphones.
Also, did you restart the ionic by pressing the left and bottom right buttons at the same time, until the fitbit logo appears?

Try to pair again.Be sure that the headphones are in pairing mode, otherwise the ionic will not see the headphones.Read the manual of the headphones on how to do this.
