@P.c.reed it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist with your Fitbit Ionic since its battery is not lasting as long as it should. I totally understand how you feel. However, I want to turn that bad experience into a good experience.
Please try the tips that are listed in this help article that are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Ionic.
As a side note, I moved your post to the Ionic board in order to keep the Community organized.
Let me know how it goes!

Hello @P.c.reed you are experiencing what with what device. Your android app or the ionic?

if it is on all day sync turn it off. Check the settings on the wrist action (do you constantly check it?). Turn that off as well.
