Ionic Music Issues

I have the Moto Z2 force phone. So far I have not been able to transfer music either with Pandora or through my computer. The GPS has also been inaccurate. Should I return the Ionic or has someone else with the same phone have better luck?

A warm welcome to the Community @Jm4357. In order to transfer music to your Ionic you need to use your computer, just make sure you're following this procedure How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?. I was checking the list of supported devices and Moto Z1 isn't listed there, this can be why you won't be able to sync it to your account. 

 

Regarding the issue you're having with GPS, you may want to try the tips provided here Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?. Are you receiving any error message or is it just not connecting to it?
