I am no longer getting notifications on my ionic. Every time I go to try to set up the notifications in the Fitbit app it keeps telling me I have to setup using Bluetooth witch doesn’t make since when it’s already connected using Bluetooth I’m not sure if this is part of the big issue y’all are ready working on.

@jgribbin Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic not receiving notifications. Thanks for trying to set them up once again. This is not part of the issue you can see in the pink banner.
Have you tried resetting Bluetooth (turn it off, wait 10 seconds, urn it back on)?
Do you have a compatible device? If you do, please try these notifications troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.
@NellyG Thanks for your great help on this thread.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I just got my Ionic. Used to have Charge2 but it stopped recording floors. Anyway, I can't get Ionic to buzz and show me a call screen if I have an incoming call on my iPhone. Nor does it buzz and show me texts in real time. I can see missed calls and texts on the notification screen. That's all.
I have troubleshooted. I have paired, I have checked notifications on phone and on device. I have restarted. If I had known about these issues, I would have kept my Charge2 and waited for next generation. Disappointed.
Thoughts?
