My Fitbit Ionic keeps changing to centigrade after I sync it with my phone even though I have set the defaults for Fahrenheit. How do I correct this and keep it from recurring?

@Timsionic Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with the weather units on Ionic.

In this case, the weather units will be applied once the watch has synced successfully. Please change the unit and sync immediately after. Changes will be effective once you sync. If you are having troubles syncing please follow these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort that out.

To change weather units please do the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Account icon > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap the gear icon next to Weather. You may need to scroll down to find the app.
  4. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
  5. Sync your device and then open the Weather app on your device to see the updated units.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
