Ionic Not Charging, not Counting Steps

Odd behavior.  My Ionic was working fine yesterday morning. OS2.1.  Plugged into charger and thought everything was fine. This morning the silent alarm failed to go off, and I noticed I had lost almost an hour on the clock.  The steps weren't "stepping".  And my battery was down to 30 percent.  I plugged back into the USB port and got the message "Not charging" - Not enough power.  I tried a battery pack and a wall charger. The same thing.  The Ionic will be out of power shortly and it's useless regardless since none of the functions are working.

What to do?

@Ogre77497 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic.

Are you still experiencing the same? I'd recommend performing a restart on Ionic if you haven't done so already.

Also, try these solutions for devices that are not charging properly.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
