I’d really, really like to know why Fitbit had to put such a short and useless vibration on their Ionic watch. I’ve happily used the silent alarm on Flex, Flex 2, Charge & Charge 2. They all woke me - but the Ionic doesn’t even come close. Yes, I have it set on strong vibration. Ive had to go back to sleeping with my Flex 2 - which is a pain. Thinking about just using a Garmin. I’ve been looking for a quick feedback button so I can pass on my thoughts to Fitbit, but this doesn’t seem simple. Finally found a way where I can email them - but at the step where I am supposed to select a topic, it endlessly spins .... anyone have a link to a contact or feedback button that works?
Thank you

There is a similar suggestion over on the feature suggestions board. You can add your vote to that feature or create a new suggestion if you feel it doesn't match what you're after.

@Robyn-TWR Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding Ionic's silent alarms vibration.
The best channel to share your thoughts about this feature is the Feature Suggestions Board just as @N8teGee recommended.
As you can see the idea that relates to your feedback is categorized as "Under Consideration" so there is a chance for this to happen in the future. Please cast a vote for this idea and leave a comment with your feedback too.
See you around! ![]()
