Had to factory reset my ionic again just so i could charge it again. I don't know why i bother just so i can have a watch.

@SunsetRunner  I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing the experience you had with Ionic not charging. I'm glad it started to charge again after factory resetting it.

 

If this happens again; please try the steps on this helpful article. This does not include the factory reset. Those steps have helped other users in the past.

It never charged. Factory reset did nothing. The watch has never worked correctly. Heart rate is wrong. Calories are wrong and always having to factory reset. Finally it died. Its in the trash where it belongs.
