My Fitbit ionic is 5 months old. It was low in power Saturday so I put it on charge for it’s recomend 2 hours yesterday it popped up saying low power and at 10% it died not long later since then I’ve not been able to get it to charge, no logo or lights being shown I’ve tried doing the reset have fling all 3 buttons and still nothing. Been trying to get power into it for last 2 hours and nothing is happening

@Hiderman101 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you are currently experiencing with Ionic not charging. Thanks for trying the restart steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, I'd recommend checking these solutions for batteries that are not charging. The first solution about cleaning the contacts is really helpful. Feel free to try them all!
