Ionic Not Charging

My ionic died the other day and since has not charged, will briefly light up at 0% and nothing. Won't turn on or change screen other than stuck at 0%, have tried multiple usb ports. Any chance it is salvageable?

Had same problem . My cord was dirty with shin or old lotion. The Fitbit charging port was also dirty. I used magnifying glass and a toothpick to clean out grooves so charging cable can connect correctly. No more lotion on this wrist.
