@silverfox01 Welcome to the Fitbit family!  I'm glad you bought a second Ionic. Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your watch not showing the correct time after syncing it.

In this case, I'd recommend checking the time zone settings and making sure they are set correctly:

  1. From Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  4. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your Fitbit device.

Also, the syncing part is very important for the correct time to display on your watch's screen. Make sure you are syncing successfully.

If non of that works; try changing the clock face you are using on your watch. This may help you out too.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

This may be a silly suggestion but i had the same issue a couple of weeks ago.

After checking my fitbit account i realized i had been hacked by someone in USA (im in the UK) so it was showing their time. They had also changed my name, password, email etc.

Just sayin it may be worth just checking your account too.
