I just bought a second fitbit iconic after the 1st one completely stopped working and could not be fixed but now after syncing my fitbit to my phone this one is now coming up on the time 6hrs in advance and no matter what I do I cant reset the time

@silverfox01 Welcome to the Fitbit family! I'm glad you bought a second Ionic. Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your watch not showing the correct time after syncing it.
In this case, I'd recommend checking the time zone settings and making sure they are set correctly:
Also, the syncing part is very important for the correct time to display on your watch's screen. Make sure you are syncing successfully.
If non of that works; try changing the clock face you are using on your watch. This may help you out too.

This may be a silly suggestion but i had the same issue a couple of weeks ago.
After checking my fitbit account i realized i had been hacked by someone in USA (im in the UK) so it was showing their time. They had also changed my name, password, email etc.
Just sayin it may be worth just checking your account too.
