I have an Ionic that I’ve had for less than a year. Yesterday it wasn’t tracking steps or distance, and today it completely stopped working. I noticed after that the face is coming unglued, exposing the inside panel. HELP!

As this is a hardware issue, you will need to contact customer support to discuss your options.
