My ionic is not sinking with my phone. I used to get a map of my weekly exercise. It also indicated the park or area map where I jogged. Can you please suggest how I can get this map again. Thank you.

@pritpaul Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having with Ionic not syncing and not showing maps.

 

If Ionic is not syncing at all; I'd recommend trying these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. That should certainly help you out to sync again.

 

To get maps from your activities you need to tracks them using the Exercise app with GPS. Please check this helpful article for more details on how to track GPS activities with your Ionic.

Today I also cannot sync my ionic to the app on my phone. The app cannot ‘find’ the ionic. I have completed a run so this should show on the Fitbit app but no luck.

I am also having trouble syncing my Ionic .  I am using an android phone.  I had contacted Fitbit in the past about this, and have gotten instructions on how to correct, but it loses contact again.  My phone had not synced since yesterday. I pulled out the instructions and was able to get it to sync.  Now, 18 minutes later, it has stopped syncing again.  Is there a problem with your latest software?
