My ionic stopping syncing few days ago and now my Bluetooth option on my tracker has disappeared I've restarted the tracker numerous times and reinstalled the app this really frustrating issue and now i cannot update the software. Help

@trainer2- Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not syncing or updating. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.
Are you still experiencing the same? What do you mean by the Bluetooth option on your watch?
I'd recommend trying the steps shown in this helpful article to be able to complete the update. It is recommended to update Ionic using a home Wi-Fi network.
Also, if after completing the update you continue to experience syncing issues, please try the troubleshooting steps on this article.

Using Bluetooth is slower; but might be a more reliable connection than the wifi you've hooked to @trainer2- touch bluetooth when prompted for a choice of wifi or bluetooth if you are having wifi issues.
For the syncing and notification blips, always best practice after an update or reset to go to the account settings on your mobile, touch the Ionic icon, scroll wayyyy up to notifications and touch it - if re-Pairing is required, it'll prompt you and complete 😉
