How do change the watchface on the Ionic using the computer

In the Fitbit App, click on the Account Icon at the upper right (looks like a page) and then on Ionic.  Then, click on Clocks, pick a Face and Install it.

I tried that but there isn't anything that says watchface.  I went under device settings and it just has wrist location,notification, etc.  Keep in mind I'm doing this from a computer, not a smartphone.

I use a computer also and the instructions I gave you are correct.  See below for what thye location looks like.
