Ionic Not Tracking Data Correctly

Yesterday I updated to 33.1.30 and now my Ionic won't work. It didn't track my sleep, it's not tracking steps / floors etc., the screen doesn't light up when I raise my wrist, it doesn't buzz as a step reminder at 10 minutes to the hour, the omnipresent green light from the back is nowhere to be seen. (For months, it doesn't show texts)

I've been a customer for years, and for the most part have no complaints. But at this price point, I expect more.

What are possible solutions?

Thanks!

@Bill18  Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you are currently experiencing with Ionic. Thanks for sharing all of those details regarding this.

In this case, I'd recommend the following:

This should help you out with this. However, if it doesn't, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your watch. Note this will erase all the apps, clock face, and music you have on your watch and you will need to set everything up once again, including notifications.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
