Hi
Since Saterday moring (3-november-2018, CET timezone ) I only get simple sleep stages.
This is new. Till now for almost a year this only happend one or twice for a single day.
So my guess is something is wrong.
I only found old topics and no real solutions in this forum, hence I started a new topic.
hope this can be solved.
Theo.

Let's start by looking at the reason your app tells you for the simple sleep. Tap on the offending sleep record and look below the sleep chart.

@Saltheo1 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic not tracking sleep stages. I'm glad to read that it suddenly started to track them again for you.
How has it tracked the sleep stages these past days? Check this article about sleep stages for more details about some other reasons why sleep stages won't show.
@Rich_Laue Thanks for sharing your help on this thread!
