Fitbit ionic is not turning on, have left it on charge for 2 days have cleaned the pins have tried the reset procedure and it still won’t turn on

I would suggest contacting customer support in this case. They will be able to discuss which warranty options might be available to you.

@Tynan85 Thanks for your reply and for sharing those details. I'm really glad to read that customer support identified the root cause of this and that are now replacing your Ionic.
Once you receive the new unit; please feel free to follow these replacement set up steps for you to not loose any of your previous data.
