I bought my wife an Ionic and last year it stopped working but we were able to get it working.The ionic is now dead wont connect to the phone.We gave away her Blaze and now her new watch is dead and wont come back on. We have tried everything and nothing.This seems like a defect.

By any chance, on the steps you have tried, did you performed a restart on the watch? This usually helps with this.
Also, is it turning on when connected to the charging cable?
Another thing you can try is changing the clock face. This has helped other users in the past.
