After paying $300 for my ionic Fitbit, I am so disappointed. I would not recommend this product to anybody. It's doesn't update, it doesn't want to sync with my phone, and I even tried my old phone...... With no luck. So disappointing.

@Catune Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic update and syncing.
Are you still experiencing the same?
I believe that every syncing issue you are experiencing will be sorted out by completing the firmware update on Ionic. I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps on this helpful article to help the update to finish. It is recommended to perform the update while connected to a home Wi-Fi network.
Once the update is complete you should experience good syncing.
