Ionic Not Working

My Ionic went crazy on Sat it had double screen, like double vision, then by Sunday it was dead. Black screen with sometimes blue vertcal lines on side margins. Charging did nothing to help. What is going on ?!?!?

Doa Restart and do it several times if necessary.
