Both my mums and my ionic have stopped vibrating when notifications are coming through and calls are no longer being received through ionic at all. We live in same town, but both stopped within 2 days. What’s going on? I have checked settings on watches and in app. All are green. I have restarted. I have turned on notifications during sleep.

I'd like to begin appreciating your time and effort troubleshooting this matter prior posting. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know if your Ionic device is not vibrating at all or only when a notification comes through? Also, can you please let me know if you're not receiving only call notifications or if you're having difficulties with text notifications too? I recommend you to check our help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Hi,
My ionic is is vibrating normally during runs, step counts and for reminder to move. I can see messages on my ionic, but am not being alerted to them being there.
Calls are not going through at all.
I have read the article, and have checked all my settings multiple times. It concerns me that both ionics I know of stopped notifications within days of each other and wonder if it is an update or software issue?
i appreciate your reply @RicardoFitbit @and really hope we can get it sorted. Once you get used to a product doing something you begin to rely on it.

@RicardoFitbit After the problem being temporarily resolved it has stopped receiving notifications again, just like before. All my settings are the same and on. Nothing has changed. Please help I miss getting my notifications

Hello! It's a pleasure to continue assisting you @Ezab, my apologies for the delay in responding your post.
I appreciate all the details that were shared in both of your posts, seems odd that your device is not vibrating only when you receive notifications. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic and then re-setup the notifications feature once again. Also, can you please let me know which mobile device you're using to sync your Fitbit? I recommend you to check that the operating system or your mobile device is up to date, same way for the Fitbit app.
