Using my Ionic for about half a year, pairing with my Redmi Note 9s, running android 10.
All of the issues happen after latest update to 27.70.8.0.
1. Notification service not running
Failed to receive notification of incoming messages, calendar event, email etc... except incoming call.
I have tried to "clear all the data" of fitbit app, and login again. This method works for few hours only, then notification service not running again.
Don't tell me to repeat this stupid step everyday, clear app data and login again! Your software engineer should figure a proper way to avoid this happening again.
2. Unable to turn it on normally
Previously I pressed the power button for awhile to turn my ionic on. Now I need to press " power button + down button" for 10 seconds I think, to turn it on.
These two issues really made me feel so disappointed with Fitbit. I have contacted the local authorized dealer in Malaysia to help me to solve. They ended up replace a new watch for me, with no proper solution for above issues which still persists on new watch.
Someone please advise me on this matter.

I truly appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Please check the following information about how to use the Fitbit app in your phone and try the notifications troubleshooting:

- How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Once you've done this, please disable notifications on your Fitbit app > Unpair your Fitbit from the list of connected devices in your phone's Bluetooth > turn off Bluetooth > Wait 10 seconds and then turn it back on > Enable notifications in the Fitbit app and then pair your Fitbit back to Bluetooth.
