Ionic Powers Down

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Today my Ionic powered down again. But this time during my w/o. This happens at some point every few days. It’s most frustrating when I’m working out & tracking my HR, time, etc. how I’ve read the suggestions, etc. but the problem still persists. Here are the details. 1) it gets charged every night while I sleep. 2) updates are current. 3) purchased around 3/18. I need help with a permanent fix or replacement. - W2K

Hello @Wifeand2Kids and welcome.  Sorry your having some problems with your Ionic.  So to clarify, you are charging your Ionic every night, correct?  When you disconnect the charging adapter, is your battery at 100% (how are you verifying this)?  What Clock Face are you using?  What are you doing with the Ionic during the day (GPS/how long, Music/how long) and other Apps used during the day?

Please post back and I'll be checking in.  Thanks and keep on STEPPING!

You may have already done this.  Try a re-start.  Hold in on the left button and the lower right button simultaneously until the Fitbit logo appears, normally 15-20 seconds.  You might do this two or three times.  If there is an internal "bug" this may resolve the issue.

Trying the suggestion of a different watch face is worthy of note.  A couple of them have demonstrated "a mind of their own."

Thanks for the reply/info. Here are answers to your questions. 1. Watch says 100% when I disconnect from my charger in the morning. 2. Clock face is called Prime. 3. GPS is always on, I have one app (Deezer) which I use only when I w/o which is Bluetooth connected to my earbuds. That’s about an hour a day. Upon average my watch is somewhere between 51% and 78% when I connect it to the charger at night.
Thoughts?!
