Had new Ionic delivered 2 days ago 😀. Charged it up then followed instructions to update. 12 hours later, 3 update attempts failed, red X,s galore, then it wouldn't charge and to top it all the touch screen doesn't work at all 🤔. I think I just as well bought a £25 tracker off Groupon 🤣
